Yummy vegetarian Spätzle! I was skeptical they would have something really special for a vegetarian to eat, but I was wrong. I had a delicious mix of Spätzle and grilled veggies topped with a nice fresh salad. it was even dairy free, though the noodles have eggs in them. we got the white asparagus special too, but the stalks were a bit tough and bitter. the butter herb sauce and the hollandaise were both delicious! read more
