Korrey requested some pictures and he responded with a typed up, professional quote right away. We booked out close to two months due to social distancing but they were so worth the wait. After 1 coat of primer and two coats of the Sherwin Williams paint of my choosing, they brought me into my kitchen to discuss their work and make sure that I was 100% satisfied. The previous owner did a pretty shotty job with the dark red paint and that was also discussed before they even got started. Communication, professionalism, price and dependability. He does not return deposits, although his bid form does not state any such policy. He does not deal fairly or responsibly with customers and avoids accountability by not answering his phone or texts, leaves his voicemail full so he may claim he wasn't contacted, and does not keep clearly stated appointments. I think any good reviews for him must have been shills by people he knows. His inexcusable unprofessionalism and undependability have caused great and unnecessary stress and delay for my son's house sale and planned move to Des Moines. His BBC rating is a joke.

This baffled me until I reviewed my security camera footage and saw that a CertaPro representative had just spent 3 hours pressure washing my deck--a service we did not request. They went to the wrong address, and they didn't even do a good job. The worst is I discovered water pooling on window sills INSIDE (facing the deck). I'm concerned they damaged the seals in the window jams. A resolution has not been reached for the error nor potential damage caused by service we never asked for!

Shortly after work began, his team discovered some serious mold behind the wallpaper in the bedroom. We discussed options and I decided to replace the west wall of the bedroom and part of the north wall as well. Even with the unexpected work, the job moved forward on schedule without a hitch. Throughout the job, Adrian kept me informed and responded quickly to any questions I had. The crews were courteous, the workmanship was solid, and the repair was an overall improvement to the NW bedroom. He seemed eager for the work but we ended up not doing that project.
