They took my car; inspected it. (Thankfully no damage) They had washed it better than any car wash I've used and let me leave with no charge. So when I scraped the side of my car they came to mind first. I had my fiancé with me and he left impressed too. I have forgotten the mans name that spoke with us but he did a thorough inspection, was very informative (answering all of our questions), and got back to me shortly after with a quote. He also polished away a scrape I had on my side mirror for free. The receptionist was a very lovely lady and further put me at ease with flexible appointments and making me feel like I wasn't just another customer. Maybe they are good at hiding the normal condescending salesmanship and abuse of peoples lack of car knowledge. But I think they are just great at what they do and genuinely want to help people.

After a jump from NRMA to get me going again and a call through to MotorServe, I was seen immediately in the last 30 minutes before closing. The guy that helped me, Jacob I think, was terrific. Amazing customer service and gave off a genuinely nice vibe.
