I made an appointment to have windows replaced in two property`s . They arrived at one took measurements assured me they would have a price next day but had made no contact at all . When I called and asked for quote a week later they still could not give me one but I did get a long rambling excuse about how they were " one man down " and such . They did not even turn up at all to measure second property . When I phoned the Man was rude and dismissive . I cannot imagine what the service would be like had they fitted a window and there was a problem ,. This is my first ever online review and I hope it will help others not to have a similar time wasting experience .
