He not only educated me on the process, the preferred fixtures, his Company's pricing and service strategy, but also explained the expected electricity savings. For me, understanding the ROI/pay-back period was a key decision point to go ahead with the project. Chris took a very practical "owner" perspective to the project. I felt like I was working with a partner, not a vendor who was squeezing as much profit out of the project as he could. Rather, he took the longer view of a relationship over time and explained their pricing and material costs without any pressure.
