The dentist (Bilal) was absolutely amazing, very kind and very helpful. He explained everything thoroughly during the session with great detail. On the other hand the nurse absolutely lacked hygiene, she used 1 pair of gloves throughout the whole session- which actually made me feel disgusted, she opened doors and touched surfaces and then proceeded to open sterile packaged instruments with the SAME PAIR OF GLOVES!!! read more

What a joke, treated like a second class citizen, my treatment by the dental surgeon was appalling she was rude, told my teeth needed a deep clean (true) but then she said "also be aware it will hurt ALOT" "scared me" that's not the way to treat people, never again will I go there. read more

After several years of being too nervous to visit a dentist, took the plunge and came here. Very glad I did. All the staff I have met have been friendly and helpful, and the Dentist was so gentle and kind. Most painless filling I've ever had! And I was impressed with the dental nurse too. Highly recommended. read more

Dreadful experience with one of the surgeons and dental nurse. Both were very abrupt and very intolerant of the fact that I am scared to go to the dentist. Also the most painful dental experience I have ever had. The dentist seemed irritated by the fact that I was nervous and I am sure was rougher with me than he needed to be. The dental assistAnt girl was cold and uninterested in my discomfort. I was given an x ray on my tooth which I have lots of times before at other dentists and never had a problem with but this time the dentist kept putting it in wrong and telling me to bite down which was physically impossible but he forced me to do it which made my gum bleed and is still very painful now. The worst dentist i have ever been too rude ignorant unprofessional and not very good at their job, glad to be out of there! read more

I am totally not impressed with this dentists. I was told that to have tartar removal is a 'cosmetic procedure' and would therefore have to pay for the treatment even though I am on JSA. It costs £45 which is almost a weeks money that I need to live on. I hadn't been to the dentist for 11 years (because of trust issues) and consequently had a 2nd opinion of which I was told that tartar removal was essential and not cosmetic because of the build up that had taken place over the long period of time between visits. Feel completely lied to and ripped off!! The only thing I would recommend is DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!! read more

I have been to many dentists in my time and I can honestly say this one is one of the worse I have ever been to. The Dentist was cold, abrupt and in my opinion second rate. I would question everything with this particular dentist and if your not happy get a second opinion. I have and thankfully I do not need the treatment that this dentist suggested and my teeth are saved from being removed!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
