Karly had such soft hands and gentle touch, but then firm when needed for lymph drainage and massage. The scents were heavenly! The room was beautifully decorated, the bed comfortable and warm, and the music was relaxing as well! My face, décollete and hands were all so soft and moisturized afterwards! Glowing! Haircut was great. However, website states cuts are $55+ with shampoo and blow dry included. My hair was mid-back and got it cut just below the shoulders. I did receive the shampoo and blow dry, no extra product. My cut came out to $90! I was shocked by the price. They added a "long hair" fee. From $55 to start and jump to $90 was INSANE! I'll never come back. That price for a CUT is ridiculous. With tip, I paid over $100 for JUST a haircut. read more

Ravissante Salon is the truly the best. I have been brining my daughter here for three years, and Alicia and her staff always treat her so well and make her look amazing. After using the Aveda products Alicia recommended, my daughter's hair is so much healthier and vibrant than when she started. After getting a very disappointing cut and color once things opened again at a salon near me, I asked around at a gathering we went to and was referred to Ravissante in Monument. Alicia's Mom booked new and listened carefully to my woes of the last stylist and booked me with her (she is also the owner). I went in to buy a facial for my wife as a gift. I spoke to the owner, she was very nice and helpful. I ended up scheduling a haircut for myself. My daughter had been cutting my hair for almost 20 years until she moved out of state. It took a while to find someone to cut it like she did. Had the most bizarre consultation with Alicia I've ever had and based on that would never get my hair done at this salon. I have never felt this uncomfortable at any salon and I have been to some of the best in LA. As a model I am very particular, like most women, regarding their hair, and as such, I left feeling like my hair would not turn out in any way beautiful. Her suggestions were ridiculous. On top of that, she was very argumentative with me and I felt like she was challenging me on everything I said. The conversation seemed to go around in circles, which made no sense, and on top of that she contradicted herself to the point that I had no idea if she even heard what I was saying. At one point she was looking at my eyes and telling me she would match my color to my pupils. What?? That makes absolutely no sense! Then she proceeded to spray something in her mouth to prove it wasn't toxic....Ah, no thanks you are not working on my hair. In addition, she was rude to her other employees and I can't stand when someone does that in front of me. It makes for a very uncomfortable environment...and her staff were quite nice. I have been in the chairs of some of the best stylists and this was in no way a professional environment! The prices were ridiculous and after re-arranging my schedule twice, I still had to sit in my car for over 20 minutes because apparently she wasn't ready! If you are higher than the best salons in LA, there's a problem! I'm sorry, but I know things are tight because you are not busy due to COVID, but I'm not here to pay for everyone else! I'll pass! In fact, I have already found another amazing salon where my needs are met in a professional coherent manner! read more

I love this salon! I have been to this salon twice and both times I found the entire experience to be wonderful. My first time I had a partial highlight and cut with Sheretta. She is a true professional. The second time I had an all over color and cut with Karlea. Both times were great, but the second time was exceptionally amazing. I was met at the door by the owner's mother who gave me the warmest welcome ever! Karlea is just so cool and a pro at hair color. I came in there with a vague description of what I wanted and she spent time talking me through what I wanted and made it happen. I have never been happier with my hair. The atmosphere, the professionals, and the prices make this my all time favorite salon. I haven't tried all the services of the salon yet, but the care and attention to detail they put into hair services leads me to believe they are all great. Highly recommend! read more

That stylist was good enough to recommend Alicia Taylor (Ravissante's owner) for the "fix" and she really came through. Alicia knows hair color and uses great products to achieve just the right effect. She also has a real passion for her field as demonstrated by her teaching of others and her very sincere desire to make her customers happy with her services. This salon recently opened in Monument and I decided to give it a try. I made an appointment with owner Alicia Taylor and I was so happy I did. Alicia uses a complete line of organic products that were developed by the genius that originally launched the Aveda line. The products are fabulous and so is she. I went in with very thin, fine hair and I walked out looking like I had a full head of hair. She listened to what I wanted and went to work on it. Added bonus: they are a full service spa as well with very reasonable pricing. The salon is beautiful and Alicia has carefully picked everybody who works there and it shows. read more

I recently came in to get my hair done by Cora after my last hair studio shut their doors. I was beyond impressed with her professionalism and I absolutely love my blonde. This haircut felt like going to a car dealership. My hair stylist was very pushy when trying to get me to buy products. While I understand that they believe strongly in their products, I don't agree with pressuring clients to buy things. It was the kind of thing where my stylist was asking what size of shampoo/conditioner I was getting when I had not actually expressed any desire to buy any products. I also brought with me a picture of the hair style that I wanted, and my stylist essentially styled my hair to look like her own. My waves ended up being very crunchy like hers, not at all like the picture I had shown her. All in all, not a great experience. I don't plan to return to this salon. read more

Alicia and her Salon in Monument is a special special place. It is such a joy to walk in here and know that you will be taken care . I received a perm from Alicia and the organic nature of it will make such a difference on my hair, usually I cannot get color and perm but because of the great work that Alicia does and also her fabulous products I am able to do this!
