I let them know I was dissatisfied and was going elsewhere, instead of canceling my policy I was charged within minutes of my phone call. Meanwhile I was already on the phone with my other agent. I attempted to cancel my policy via website Sept 5 called on the 6th, 7th, and 11th and the policy still stands as active on their website. I also sent two different emails out two different individuals. I was told I would receive a document to cancel the policy which never came which is fine you can omit it as I have told you now a dozen times you no longer have consent to withdrawal funds from any of my accounts.

On a new car I bought, everything in the phone call was for an annual amount, the policy was never explained to me and that the over 900 dollars paid was for 6 months, since all paoer noted shows "annual" yet they said I only paid for 6 months up front and then cancelled me. They tried to tell me that my annual cost (no tickets, no DUI) would be 2500 for a Honda Pilot 2021, they lied to us and fenangled the payment from me for what seemed no care for customer and just for a hurried commission, I suggest going with other company.
