I believe this was a very unethical business strategy -- locking in a customer and then later trying to force additional fees to treat the rest of the lawn. They did not honor the original quote and only treated half of my lawn while insisting that this was what I had agreed to. When I refused to pay extra to have the other half treated, they canceled the service altogether. Very unprofessional and immoral business practices.

After two days of not hearing from the weedman we called to ask when they would be back to do the job that we have already paid for. They told her that it was going to be $100 more then expected because they did not realize how big our yards were. From my past experiences most companies use satellite imaging to measure out the size of the yards. I feel this was just a scam to get our money and when they showed up they played stupid and tried to charge us more for the job. Not impressed at all. Definitely going with a more honest upfront company.
