The judge has not made a decision yet, so I am not sure how they know that I will be denied. And if they knew I would be denied all along, why did they take my case in the first place? If I would have known this from the beginning, I would have used a different law firm that wanted to win. So fair warning that this is the kind of treatment this firm gives the vulnerable population. Not sure how they sleep at night.

This is regarding the law offices customer service department, I have no opinion about the…read morelawyers outside of the one I dealt with, he was nice. Option 3 gets you to the option to speak with someone. Your account accrues interest so you have no way of knowing unless you call themwhat that amount is. They do not send account statements unless you call and leave a message because they expect you to use your bank statement and figure out the interest by telepathy. This department doesn't answer the phone at all since the middle of last year. If your lucky enough to earn their time with a return call they are curt and rude on the phone and don't identify themselves but when you speak to manager Alvin he won't believe you because he knows that person and it's not their character. My advice is pay off your amount as quickly as possible to be done with these people and if you pay any amount over, count it as a loss and just wait on your satisfied letter in 2 weeks. If you get it, dance a jig, if you don't go to the courthouse and file a motion to satisfy with all your bank statements and let the judge do their jobs for them. I would rather get another 3 hour root canal in a 100 degree weather with no AC on no meds than deal with their customer service department again.
