We applied for our pet three times through the real estate and they did not pass this onto body corporate at all. We even had the council called to remove her, and threats from the body corporate to evict us. They never issued us with entry reports, they completely screwed us over on our exit report. We had our bond cleaner with 7 day guarantee on Friday, and conveniently they did not get our exit report to us within 7 days and we needed to pay for another cleaner. They advertised the unit as a 'quiet' living place, but for the first 6 months of our lease the BC jackhammered up all the tiles in the courtyard, directly outside our window. We were given no warning of the construction and would not have signed this lease if we knew about it. When something was broken it took up to SIX MONTHS for it to be repaired. You can forgive an 'honest mistake' once but there is a line when this happens constantly. The worst real estate I have ever dealt with.
