I am however never going to shop here again due to how they treated me recently. An amplifier that I bought from here 12 years ago has stopped working so have taken it for repair and they charged me £40. An 'engineer' called me about a week later and said he couldn't repair the amp due to needing a part that he isn't able to obtain due to how old the amp is. I return to the store to pick up the amp but am told that the £40 is non refundable! There is no mention of this on the receipt I have been given and I'm told I can have £20 off a new amp from the store. The reason i am given is that they need to pay the engineer £20 for opening up the amp. When I raise the point that if the engineer knew that the amp was too old too repair then why did he open it up and thus they charge me, surely the store knew that his amp was too old to repair and therefore should have just advised me of this when I first came in. Poor service provided and no sympathy with the customer at all, not something I am pleased about and definitely would advise any potential customers to be aware of this before buying any expensive tech from here!

No fix as yet and obviously BT are accountable - or at least responsible. I'm just bloody furious. I bought the Magic Box IMP adaptor Internet radio device from these guys. http://www.lusonic.com/products.asp?cat=90 If you have a wifi router in the house, the IMP will use its signal to access the Internet and can get about 6,000 radio stations worldwide. And it will then pump them into your hi-fi! It can also play streaming music if you have any stashed on your computer. I don't like Internet music in my face on the one hand, (so I have it playing downstairs) and on the other hand, you can listen with hi-fi quality away from your computer. He was highly competent and knowledgeable about the telephone system and was only too happy to oblige with any query we had. Bob was very conscientious in that he made sure that we were totally confident and happy with all of our programming and double checked everything to make sure it was perfect. We are an extremely satisfied customer and that is all down to Bob. We would highly recommend him for some kind of customer service award or something of a similar nature, good employees are hard to find these days and should be rewarded for their services, he has made a fantastic impression of your company and we are pleased to be doing business with you.

The staff were very unehlpful and didn't even offer me a phone unmber or email address to try to find the right person to help. When I then mentioned that I'd like to cancel my contract they woudln't even tell me how to do it. Whilst the shop is a nice size with lots of phones on display, the general customer service I received was extremely poor and I shall never be an orange customer again.

I used this computer shop a while ago to buy a portable hard drive. Im not that good with computers…read moreso i was glad when the worker knew what he was talking about. He was very helpful although he did try to sell my the most expensive hard drive in the store. Thats the problem with going to these small independant stores. Located near the leisure centre, it has alot of access to it by buses, although the Canning Town and Plaistow tube lines are about a 10 minute walk away. This shop, although small, has pretty much everything you could want from a computer store as they specialise in building and fixing PC's, as well as selling spare parts. It used to have a small 3 computer internet cafe inside, although i dont think it has it anymore.
