As a doctor myself, I am very familiar with front desk staff and insurance. After my cleaning in February, I was advised i needed to have a filling or some type of work done. I prepaid for the service at the suggestion of the front desk, and made an apt to have the procedure 2 weeks later. When I came in the morning of the procedure, I was told that the cost was going to be almost double what I was quoted (and had already prepaid). I felt uncomfortable and confused, and decided to ask for a refund and go to a friend of mine who is an orthodontist whom i trust. It is now May, I have not received a refund. I have called 10+ times. Giana has never returned my calls. Every time i call she is "on Lunch" or "in a meeting". Today when I called the phone mysteriously disonnected. I have lost hundreds of dollars, and nobody has returned any of my calls. Completely unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else that has an office staff that actually does their job.
