He maybe a bit "trigger-happy' on ordering tests that should well be left for later on in the diagnostic process. He knows much and I'm sure still sincerely wishes to help his patients. Sometimes, though, he appears to be falling asleep while he types his notes onto his laptop. There is a problem: his staff. Too many doing not much of anything; anything purposeful that is. The Dr. is swamped with many patients; however, there is not any orderly manner in attending to them. His office is truly large enough to accommodate the numbers of patients without any difficulty. The also has difficulty with data entry into the patient's medical demographics system. The patients critical data such as age, address, social security numbers etc. are always entered wrong. This causes problems for the insurance carriers (patients are then held responsible for bills that would normally be paid by insurance). The staff refuses to acknowledge their errors and are rude (that, itself, is an understatement). When test result come back positive for serious illness, the staff never gets in touch with the patients. They may mail these critical results with a delay of 2 to 4 weeks. Most of the time - due to address issues (mentioned above) - you never receive the results. It is almost impossible to contact the Dr. directly. The good Dr., himself, is over-worked and his patients files are left strewn all over his office in piles which are falling over and sometimes block the entrance to his office. I am sincerely disappointed in the overall service and changed physicians.

Also to my mom's credit, she pored through the internet looking for a qualified specialist. She checked Dr Chatpar's background and made an appointment. I joined my mother for the visit. Dr Chatpar and his staff were stellar. A comprehensive history was taken after which Dr Chatpar appeared. He was genuinely warm. There was never a sense that he was trying to escape the room or that he had anything on his mind but his patient. He suggested Prolia as the treatment and he assured us that he wanted us to ask him any questions. He listened to our concerns and adjusted his advice in consideration of our hesitation to commence Prolia infusion until protected by a covid-19 vaccine. I am writing this review on my mother's behalf because she doesn't want to have a social media account. Her words: "Dr Chatpar is the best! He is more than a 5. When I arrived at 11:50am for my noon appointment, I waited until 12:30pm and saw three other patients come in after me and get seen before me. When I asked the reception what was up with the "line cutters" she said they had paid for the 'concierge' service. I couldn't continue to wait and had to return to work. So I guess 'concierge' means insurance isn't enough, either you pay up to get the service you had come to expect for 20 years or you are shit out of luck. What a scam. Now I have to find a new doctor. What a hassle!

What the service gives you is an opportunity to see Dr. Kadet when you want. I am not a youngster. I am a senior citizen. I am in generally good health, but have been to many…read moredoctors over the course of my life. Overall, I feel that if a primary physician runs your yearly tests, interprets them correctly and is competent in record keeping, referrals and listening to the patients concerns, that's good enough for me . This is by FAR the worst doctor I have EVER been to in my whole life. He referred me to a few doctors for a few extra tests. Nothing serious. He NEVER got back to me as far as the results of those tests. I had to go back to his office TWICE because when I asked for a cologuard test, he said "you'll receive the kit in the mail". I never did. I called Cologard and they asked me if I ever signed a Cologuard form at the doctor's office. I said no. They said he was supposed to have me sign a form. SO another Uber ride and more waste of time and money. I went there, signed the form and went home. THEN, after a month or so, I called Cologard and asked for my results. They stated that only my doctor could give me the results. I called his office NINE TIMES to leave messages with his NASTY, RUDE and MEAN secretaries and they said they would tell him to get back to me. STILL haven't heard from him. ALSO, when he sent me for my blood work, I told him that I always did a Vitamin D test every year with all my other doctors. He gave me a condescnding look and said I don't need that. I said I want it. SO, I go the the lab to get my blood and urine work done. Got the results and NO Vitamin D test. He said I don't need it. I only went to this doctor once. From day one, he was condescending and arroant. That started the moment I got there and he asked me if I had my COVID and Flu shots. I told him that I do not take any vaccines EVER. That is my choice. I said it nicely. His response was "WELL, I CAN SEE THIS IS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM". Hid whole demeanor changed and everything since then has been a horrible experience. He made things IMPOSSIBLE from that point on. Getting medical records, results, blood tests, Cologuard. He just will not respond. In my honest opinion, he told he secrertaries to be nasty to me when I call. That would be the thing to do if you do not want to see a patient again. I only saw him once and it has been a disaster. ALSO, he is NOT a very intelligent doctor. Then my girlfriend saw him on her own a week or two after me. We switched to him because we both moved to an area in NYC far from our previous and WONDERFUL Primary Physician. So, SHE went to him and he went on and on to her about MY personal health issues, our incompatibility as far as doctor to patient chemistry. He told her that he sent me to a cardiologist ( I went to one that I picked and he was pissed. Fortunately all those tests were fine.). When I saw him, he gave me an echocardiogram and told me I had valve damage and wanted to send me to HIS cardiologist. The reviews of the one he referred me to sucked, so I did a lot of research and found my own. .So, I went to the BEST Cardiologist in NYC who specializes in HEART VALVE DAMAGE, VALVE REPLACEMEMT AND VALVE REPAIR. This saint of a doctor showed me the results of HIS Echocardigram and the one that this HORRIBLE doctor sent him and showed me how badly the test was done and how innacurate it was. NOW, GET THIS. My GF went to him for a reaction to a medication he put her on for her Blood Pressure meds. HE said her aches, pains, weakness etc had NOTHING to do with her BP meds. DURING that visit, he told her everything about MY medical history, the cardiologist I went to and everything else under the sun about me. CAN YOU IMAGINE THIS? DID HE EVER HEAR ABOUT DOCTOR/PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY? I NEVER told my GF that this moron said I had a bad heart valve (which I do not). My GF is a retired REGISTERED NURSE and she is a WORRIER. She came home from her visit YELLING at me and DEMANDING for an explanation as to why I didn't tell her about my supposed heart condition. That is MY choice. I didn't want her to worry until I saw a top notch heart surgeon who specializes in HEART VALVE SURGERY and DIAGNOSIS. SO, there is NOTHING wrong with my heart. But THIS moron of a doctor told my GF during HER visit and she went ballistic on me. Just take it from me, this doctor in my opinion and experience with doctors my whole life, is not only a bad doctor in terms of diagnosing and treating patients. He is an arrogant moron who, if you say you don't want vaccines, turns on you like a wild animal. His office staff is HORRIBLE except for ONE wonderful woman named CECILIA. She is just perfect. The other two , one name Mary and the other I think is Muriel, were RUDE as hell, never passed on my messages to him (or he ignored them) and hung up on me each and every time they heard my voice.
