The 800# Customer Service Agent walked me through resetting the numbers a couple times, but they indicated the key pad was broke. They actually asked me if I thought the Landlord knew how old the opener was?? Ha! So I sent the local website a service request. I got a call almost immediately from Melody and scheduled the repair. Mike came within the given service window and fixed us up with a new keypad. And they haven't yet billed us for the new keypad. I'm impressed and Thankful!

I had a specific, custom scope of work on my estimate--including a complete teardown of a 33-year-old bottom retainer/seal and a non-destructive replacement of 10 rollers. They sent me an email saying 3 to 4 more weeks. I then called them 6 weeks later and they said they would check into it. They gave me a date the door would be in. That day came and went, nothing from them. I called them to see that was going on. This time they said the door was in and they would get back to me for installation. I then called them 2 weeks later. They still didn't have a date for me and they would give me a call to let me know when they could install the door. 6 weeks later no phone call and no door installed. I've called them several times and keep getting the runaround. We are at 26 week from order so far.
