My experience with Raynor is not direct. I have not bought anything from them. However, a contractor, which I paid to complete a job, apparently did. There seems to be an issue with Raynor collecting full payment from the contractor. They contacted me to try and help resolve the matter, which I did. Now, since Raynor can't come to a solution with the contractor, they are also taking me to court. Why? Not sure. I did not have a transaction with them. I have tried speaking to Ez (I believe) who is the owner, but he refuses to call me back. So, I'll answer why for him. Because this is the "old-school" extortion way of doing business which worked before social media days. I have nothing to do with this dispute. But few attorneys which make the good ones look bad still practice these archaic methods. For what, $400? What's more important here is principle, honesty, and integrity, which apparently is lacking. I don't feel bad for this company. I have never done business with them. But true integrity always shows in the end. Such companies have their course in time by there own doing.
