He was friendly, polite, tidy (knocked the snow off his boots, laid down newspapers under the pipe, and wiped up the floor), and thorough. He filled up the sink with water to watch it drain after the first round, and worked on it quite a bit longer before he was satisfied with the results. Total, $150 and under an hour, letting me get on with my day. This service was absolutely worth it, and I highly recommend Roto-Rooter next time you've got a clogged drain!

Later we received a bill for $280 for installation. Seeing as this is a standard fee, we should have been informed of the cost before anyone came out to our house. Just a shrug of the shoulders and somebody explaining to me how their products are superior. This is laughable when ours broke after 3 years. I expect this from a big box store, not a smaller company, which usually provide more personal and caring service. You got your money out of us, Sammons, but never again.

When he did call to schedule an appointment to install our items he gave us a time frame of "late morning or early afternoon." It was after 4 p.m. and he hadn't shown up or called to say he was running late, so we called him and he asked to reschedule for the next day. I told him I didn't trust him to actually show up, not to mention that it took 2 weeks to hear back from him initially, and his reply was, "I don't want to hear it so go and hire someone else if you want". We hung up, and then he called me back and apologized, and asked if he could come by the next day and install our items. I said yes, just to get it done, and not have to go through the process all over again with someone new. One last thing - is it normal for a plumber to set your water heater to 137 degrees? I don't think so.

Nothing in the kitchen is level, counter tops already craked once. Kitchen cabinets were terrible. They were supposed to be custom Amish builet cabinets. The cabinets came in with sawdust under the paint and so many dings and dents. They weren't even the cabinets that we ordered. They hung the cabinets at all diiffernt heights in the kitchen. Not one thing is level. So many more things to mention. They put caulk over the entire backsplash after the original grout they put in failed and was failing out. Cracked cabinets during install and then "fixed them" with caulk. I aill attach the many pictures, We have given them 18 months to fix things they ruined and they are refusing to take responsibilty. Chad said he, "went above and beyond." Stay far away from these scam artists. All their good reviews are thier family/friends. The pictures were were shown beforehand, that they have on their website aren't even real kitchens that they completed. They also put dings into our new dishwasher with a ladder and refused to fix it because they had already replaced the vent hood that they dented. The floors were installed the wrong way and hav a weird metal transistion dtrip from the hall to the bathroom because they floor person started from 2 oppsites sides of the house instead of working only in 1 direction. It has been such a mess and Chad and Travis wont answer texts or calls. They also completely ignored us when we have asked for insurance information and the name of the "Amish" cabinet maker.

HORRIBLE service and even worse quality. I called Randy to update plumbing in my house I am…read morerenovating. Originally I had him install a water main shutoff and I liked him so much I had him replace the main stack and rough in plumbing throughout the house. From this point on I realized what a lousy businessman Randy is. During his initial time here giving me an estimate he told me he would get the necessary permits and I don't need to worry. When you call R and R Plumbing you will reach Randy's wife Dawn. If you call there in the morning she will answer the phone, but is always pre occupied talking to her crew and complaining about how busy she is. If you call in the afternoon Dawn may or may not answer and if she does she is "away from her desk" and may or may not return your call. Randy was very quick to say he could find a better toilet that I could buy in store. I said ok great do you have a picture because I don't want just any toilet? Nope. "I will have the guys pull one out of the box and have Dawn send you a pic" That never happened. Even after asking a second and third time, I said the hell with it and found one myself. Moving along, I wanted a washtub installed in the basement and it was the same line as before. "I can find you one way better than you can find in the store" Okay great get me one. That never happened either. Not only did Dawn keep sending me an invoice for $100 or so that I had already paid and previously disputed, I repeatedly asked her for my current invoice. She said I should have gotten it but she would "look into it and get back to me" As you can probably guess by now, that didn't happen either. I had to call her again to request it be sent again AND ask her about the permit Randy said he would get. I had to ask because by this time I was fed up and hired a new plumber. This is where the story takes a nice turn. I have never done a renovation before and it would have been nice to be told that I needed to have an inspection done by the city. I am guessing he didn't mention it because he never got the permits they told me they would. When I called him out on this to Dawn she gave me some lame story about how she rubs elbows with the people that work for the city and its "actually not a big deal" She told me worse case scenario I would get a small fine, no big deal. Obviously she doesn't have an attorney because mine assured me that was NOT the case. Moving along, she LIED to me AGAIN on the phone and said Randy just took care of it. She asked if I would like to schedule more work and I said no thank you. After having a quality plumber look at Randy's crappy work he rolled his eyes and said "this is not good" The main stack had been hacked so many times it looked like a kid took 50 pieces of random pipe and glued them together. After telling the new plumber what I was doing in the bathroom he said he has know idea wtf Randy's plan was but he would have to redo all his work. This included replacing the stack again and properly roughing in the bathroom with the rest of the work I needed finished. He pointed out pipes glued together crooked and even broken fittings. I wouldn't recommend Randy to work on ANYTHING! Call ANYONE besides R and R Plumbing. I wish I had, it cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!

He quickly undertone problem and fixed it in under an hour. They also recommended a water damage remediation company that was there in under an hour to repair that damage. We've used R and R plumbing several times over the years. They've been very prompt, efficient, effective and the bills were always reasonable.
