Some of his work wasn't very good so I had to correct that too. I give this company one BIG ZERO for a rating. I don't care what past good ratings he's gotten. If you hire him don't pay him everything in the beginning even if he says that's his way because in the past he's been stiffed by customers not paying the full bill at the end. TruGreen of Broadway, VA did a miserable job on my lawn. When I set up my initial lawn service the…read moresales person told me that weed control would be the first service to be performed. Instead aeration and seeding were done first. When their technician came to perform the weed control he told me that their service would do nothing about the Johnson Grass that was all over my lawn. He said I would have to pull the Grass or use Round-Up to eradicate the Grass. Since the lawn was already growing I have had a disaster on my hands. My lawn is a mess. In addition their service on the hill that is most of my backyard left me with an alleged lawn that looks like nothing was ever done. Never again and I will not recommend their services to anyone.
