My cousin took his bike in to have his tires swapped out for gravel tires. All they needed was sealant and air, as they were already tubeless as well as the rims. Note, he brought in his tires which he was unable to remove on his own. Long story short, he was charged $120 for a 10 minute job! THEN they charged him for 4 rim strips because THEY jacked up 2 in the process! WTH?!?! Since when does the customer pay for the companies mistake?!? And did we say they didn't call us when encountering a problem or if there was an increased cost. Over priced, rude, condescending. I hope no one else from Steamboat Gravel race encountered this establishment. For everyone else, you've been warned. You'll thank me later.
