Melinda who at the time was at reception provided with the type of customer service that is expected in this industry, but not often enough is provided with that level of customer service. If it was not for Melinda coming in and assisting to rectify my matter, the teller (Friday May 4, 2018 between 3:00pm-4:00pm) that I had would have irritated me even more with the obvious lack of interpersonal skills she showed that day. I did not get her name as she had popped out around the corner to let me know that there is essentially nothing she can do for me. The Asian girl who was actually the teller whom I was serviced by initially had enough sense to not respond to me in a patronizing tone. Let me just say this, you know how good a company is when something goes wrong and see how the customer is treated, when it was really and truly not the doing of the customer in the first place. Again, this was my late mother's Estate affairs that I was dealing with for months, so I was at my wits end as to why I was still on a "merry-go-round" with getting closer to resolve my matter.
