Walked into this place well before closing time and made to wait almost twenty minutes to speak to an estate services person. Now I don't get to speak to a real person but some dat cunt through a zoom call who tells me something completely different than what we were told on the phone via a previous call. Told me I could google the information. She also told me I would not be able to get any statements for my deceased mothers account even after registering an affidavit with the county and all they would do is pay out what was in her account. How the hell am I supposed to do my mothers taxes if I have no statements? Good job since this woman was just wanting to get out of work on time. Screw this place. I'm glad I bank elsewhere. The customer ahead of me in line was dealing with same type of issue. This place wants your money but won't help family members when having to deal with gaining access to their parents accounts. Fun fact; they will charge you an insufficient fee even if there is money in your account but the charge is denied. They will get their money either way! It's just sad, don't ever open an account with rbfcu they are not for the people. read more

This is a terrible bank,. I've been a long time member and every time 7 out of 10 times I go there's something wrong with the ATMS. Twice at the location in Seguin the atm did not return my card, on one of the occasions I showed up the next day and was informed they couldn't get into their own ATM to return my card and had to order me a new. So here it is 2/3/22 and they have the bank closed for cold weather so I can't withdraw funds because I have no ATM card and the bank is closed because of the cold weather. 30mins to cash 3 checks!!!! If you go here, do not go through the drive trough unless you have 20mins to burn. this is about the 3rd time this has happen to me at this bank. I normally go in, but today 8/10/2016 at 2:00PM I pulled into the drive trough at this 90A (Court Street) location in Seguin. I had 3 checks to cash and there were five other cars already in the drivee thorugh. I pulled right up to the station put my checks in asent them on there way. At about 2:10PM one of the tellers showed up on the monitor and greeted me. I thought well this should not take long. Well I was wrong! I pulled out of the drive through at 2;34PM. read more

I love your online banking but absolutely hate going to a branch location! 10 lanes open and one teller servicing all of them! Ridiculous! I went inside the other day as well and 3 tellers but one of them was having to teach the other 2 so basically only 2 windows. Every person ahead of me had issues with their account so waited in line for 30 minutes to get a cashiers check. Let's go RBFCU hire more tellers!!!! read more

I wish cameras,mangement or someone would observe the tellers,some of them are rude I dread having to go in and do buisness. I have tried being extra friendly thinking maybe i should do my part still nothing. I have been a member 20plus yrs have met several friendly tellers over the years, but there are some in there that should not be working with the public. read more

There isn't a nice thing I can even think to say about RBFCU. They have NO actual Bankers at each location, just Tellers. You have to conference call to talk to an actual Banker and then most times you get some 20 year old kid. They make you bring in a million different forms of identification to set up an account, then when you try and get their own Mastercard, the Banker over the conference call says they need (you guessed it) much of the same identification all over again. I told him I already gave all that info to the people at the branch, then she faxed it all to the San Antonio main branch, but nope you can't do anything without proving all over again who you are. And I'm saying this as a Natural born, White American Veteran with no criminal record. I shouldn't have to prove my identity every time I want to do anything more than deposit/withdrawal. And forget asking Tellers questions, if they can't figure out how to look up the answer via their in system FAQ you might as well just give up and leave. read more
