Turns out he was not - so when Hanson showed up, he blocked our car in and said we were not leaving until we pa him his fee. We didn't want trouble so we aid him off and he left. We felt bad for the guy that really did the work and we paid him $10 over his charge for having to put up with Hanson. Be advised: you will get taken by this service. Call someone else.
