She was in an urgent rush to get me off the phone and all of her responses were "mmhmm" "ya" "uhhuhh". Extremely rude and disrespectful and is the reason why I am closing all of my accounts with the bank. Do yourself a favor and go to a bank that appreciates its customers.

I have multiple cards for the purpose of building credit. The app this company uses is such a pain its not even funny. I cant transfer money from my bank accounts to pay the card, it has to be transferred to a personal Heartland Credit Union account and then I can from there, pay my credit card amount. The problem is, I have ADHD. I transfer the money and have to wait for a few days until it arrives and then I have to transfer from the account to the card account. Once I complete the first action I feel like I'm done because like EVERY OTHER CREDIT CARD I OWN, I simply set the transfer and BOOM my card is paid. I also typically pay more than my minimum but my balance seems to be slowly going up, probably because of late fees because of their stupid transfer process. Its as if this company is setting you up to fail so they can siphon moer of your hard earned money from you.
