RCC has been amazing in helping me to finally remedy a chronically leaky basement. Because I'm in a townhouse, I didn't want to go with an external repair because it would impact my neighbour's patio and fence, as well as mine. Rick was my rep and was incredibly responsive to my inquiries and in helping me with options to fix the problem from the inside. I initially started by just repairing one small part of the basement but then decided to do the entire thing, so I actually went through two jobs with them. Both of the crews, led by Michael the first time and Chris the second time, were amazing. They were respectful of my house, laying down floor coverings, and cleaning up when they were done. Chris even checked my sump pump at the end of the job (which he is absolutely not required to do) and discovered it wasn't working due to some tangled wires, and was about to overflow. He fixed the issue and saved me another headache and service call. Called RCC (recommended from a family member) to come and look at a crack in my foundation. Mauro came the next day to provide information and a quote to fix my issue. I found to the quote to be very reasonable (I thought it was going to cost much more). I paid the deposit; RCC took care of the "locate" before the work could commence. Canroy crew came to hand dig and patch my crack in a very professional manner. I have complete faith in the work that was done, and I would have no hesitation on recommending RCC to family or friends. I've been living in my home for 22 years and never had a leak until last spring when all the snow melted. My father got quotes from other companies and RCC is the only company that spent the time and told my father and I, in detail, what needs to be fixed and how it should be fixed. I had a basement leak after the heavy rains. So I called RCC Waterproofing, and Mauro showed up at my house, found the foundation crack and provided an estimate promptly.
