Sadly, plans feel through for my son's birthday so we had to book something else very quickly. I kindly and politely reached out to them with our urgent request and I heard back from them about 24 hours later. When I followed up the next day to check and see if they would be available (via text and email) they completed ignored me and never returned my messages. Such a bummer as I would have loved to use them for future events. Fortunately, there's a lot of competition out there and we booked other talent for our party. It sounds like a lot of people like this company, but if you need to book something in a hurry and are hoping for a quick response, I would definitely not recommend this company. We had a "Ninjago" birthday party for my 8 year old son. Anna did an amazing job entertaining 15 kids. She had a lot of patience. He puts together absolutely incredible creations that everybody enjoys - adults and kids alike. We had hired RCJuggle for entertainment for my 6 year old daughter's hot cocoa party on 12/14/19. Anna was our balloon artist. She did such an amazing job! Her balloon art were so creative, fun and extraordinary. My daughter loves cats so Anna made a big beautiful cat with an ornament around its neck that lit up. All the other kids were so happy with theirs as well. I saw ponies that can go around your waist as if you're riding it, there were dinosaurs, swords, wands. Just really amazing works of art! Jonathan was amazing!! We booked the Balloon Dance Party for about 50-60 kids and they had an absolute blast. He was energetic, lively and got the shy kids (anywhere from 1-12 yo) on the dance floor, playing games, & doing the Floss! He showed up well ahead of time and even started playing background kiddie music to get the party going. We hired RC Juggle to provide balloon sculpting and face painting for a kids birthday party and literally guest after guest came up to me and told me how amazing the balloon creations were. I just had them entertained the kids at my daughter's golden birthday party. These guys are very professional. They response to emails promptly and confirms everything upfront. No hidden fees or surprises on the day of service. Ryan sent me a double confirm several days before the party, so I did not have to double confirm that they were coming. Anna was the one who came to our party. She is very knowledgeable in how to handle the large group of kids. She kept them busy and happy and gave the grown ups a lot of time to chat and relax. The balloons she made were fantastic! A lot better than any one we have seen in the parties we have been to. The balloon raffle got a light in it. We used them for my sons baptism in July. We paid for the balloon twisting/magic show package (475 dollars for an hour in a half). The man started with balloon twisting which was great. The "magic show" consisted of the balloon twisting guy blowing up a balloon and then letting it go and having the children watch it fly in the air. There were no props or magic whatsoever. I am disappointed and basically paid nearly 500 dollars for balloons. read more

Ryan, Anna, and the entire RC Juggle team is wonderful! Christine (Ryan's wife) is courteous and professional when scheduling and confirming performances. While Debbie and Jonathan are great, we have had the most experience with siblings Ryan and Anna. The balloon creations that Ryan and Anna come up with are always amazing. Even though we regularly invite them to perform at our Morton Grove Farmers' Markets, we are constantly surprised by new, creative balloons - especially the wearable balloons and the multi-person balloons. On the rare occasion that there is not a long line of eager children waiting for balloons, the RC Juggle performers take the time to make an elaborate balloon creation to decorate the room or to give to a lucky vendor or market manager. They are also very good with juggling and card tricks. We feel that RC Juggle just may be the extra incentive parents need to wrangle the family out of bed on a Saturday morning to come to our Farmers' Market. Many of our families have also hired RC Juggles for their birthday parties and other occasions, as has the Morton Grove Park District. RC Juggle was a recommendation from another balloon artist we used for a prior 4 year-old birthday party, and so we hired RC Juggle for my daughter's 9-year old birthday party. The party was outdoors at our house and Ryan came a few minutes early and started right on time with the entertainment and balloon artistry. We had a tough crowd of 15 or so third grade girls (and some boys) and he not only entertained them, but also remained interactive and enthusiastic with some of our more 'energetic' girls. He was able to meet each child's requests with a beautiful balloon creation, but also made an extra large balloon octopus for our daughter. Everyone was impressed with Ryan's ability to entertain the crowd of girls and balloon artistry. We had a Cinderella party for our 4 year old. Cinderella was very sweet with the kids and entertained them for an hour. Unfortunately, Cinderella's music did not work and a lot of time was spent attempting to get it up and running. She didn't do much else with the children besides talk to them and read a story.
