Kawela did it again! I had a migraine Saturday due to muscle tension and stress to the point of illness. I texted Keana on Sunday morning and confirmed a 90min with Kawela at 12:15 in office. She WORKED the area (shoulders, neck) and informed me of where the knots are exactly and areas to stretch to help.
