It was a Sunday, we had to get a document notarized before Monday morning. I sent a text to Rebecca, she texted back, within 10 minutes I had a price and time she could meet us. She showed up exactly on time, to the minute! The process went exceptionally smooth, I could not have planned a better experience. She is HIGHLY recommended, our situation needed speed and accuracy, I am so happy I contacted her. 1. Rebecca was 42 minutes late 2. The quote she gave isn't the what she charged once services were completed (not my fault she didn't read the bid I put out) 3. When asked where we sign she said "oh I don't know" ??? Finding a TIMELY and QUALITY notary in LV has been a challenge. So much so that I might just become a notary to cut out this nonsense! read more

I had a good session with Rebecca. I had the forms, things were signed, things were notarized, and we were done. No problems. I guess I could say that Rebecca might want to study the forms she might have to fill out before she goes to the house so she seems more knowledgeable. She did have a few spots of trouble explaining one of the forms, but she figured it out. No problems. read more

They even had a screen with Candy Crush that kept my daughter entertained during the short wait. One thing I really appreciated was the attention to detail and kindness from the staff. I explained how to pronounce my name (it's not an easy one), and both employees made the effort to say it correctly afterward. That meant a lot to me. The technician also reminded me to put my ID away after returning it which honestly helped because with my ADHD, I probably would've forgotten it there. They offered to let my daughter come back with me during the fingerprinting process, but she was comfortable sitting at the table in the back. The actual fingerprinting took less than 5 minutes, and Sara, the technician, was incredibly friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to. The entire office was clean, organized, and welcoming. One employee even apologized for "the mess," but there truly was no mess at all! I was in and out within about 15 minutes total. I highly recommend Fingerprinting Express for any fingerprinting needs. They also offer notary, passport, and visa photo services, and I would absolutely return for those services in the future.
