I was a previous customer of Jake's at the Copperfield location, so it was great to see him here--he's always wonderful to work with. Hello,  On July 8th, I went to the Discount tire location at…read more9550 Jones rd, Houston, Tx 77065 to have them inspect one of my tires that kept losing air pressure and also to have all my tires rotated.  When I arrived, the technician inspected my tire and told me they didn't find any nails and tired looked fine, he also told me at first they would get my tires rotated but they didn't do it. I walked outside to check on my tire and I was able to spot the nail on my tire, after I pointed out to the technician he proceeded to take my car back in and remove the nail. I asked why they didn't do my tire rotation and he said because my front tires were too worn out and they will have to replace them instead. I took some pictures of my front tires both in and out sides and they didn't look too worn out. They still refuse to rotate them and keep pushing to buy new tires instead.  I spent over an hour just to get my tire fix and they refused to do my tire rotation even thou I had bought the warranty from discmount tire. I am very dissapointed with the service level received and I will not be doing business with Discount tire ever again.
