THIS GUY IS UNETHICAL AND YOU SHOULD NOT TRUST HIM! I bought a home in Moreno Valley and asked him to do repairs as I would not be there for 5 weeks. Nothing was done correctly - he was supposed to take care of the lawn and it was all dead. THE WORST! I Think This Guy is SHOULD HANG HIS HEAD! How do you treat people like this? He came in all charming a the second he got my money he wouldn't return my calls - the work that was done was done wrong and most of whet was agreed to he just blew me off. I own my own company and I would never, ever treat a client that way. We were always available (sometimes he would say he was 5 minutes away, and if I wasn't there then he couldn't come by for WEEKS!) so I would drop everything and then he wouldn't even show. In spring 2014 we contracted R D Development represented by Rob Sandoval to work on our pool and deck remodel. Initially we were told that the project will be completed within two weeks. After 4 weeks of delays, frustration and horrible communication the project was close to be done but we started receiving notices from sub-contractors, who worked on the project, hired by Rob Sandoval stating that he has not paid them for their services/materials and they will put a lien against our property. This may turn into lengthy and stressful legal battle. We also found out that there are other customers of Rob Sandoval who were put in the same situation.
