The level of customer service that we get from the team at Big Tree Medical is absolutely unparalleled in the medical profession. They take care of our medications by mailing them to us. We don't have to remember to request them as they reach out and ask if we are ready for our refills. They take care of our medical health needs from standard health management to emergency issues. We never have to wait more than a couple minutes to see the nurses and doctors. They even respond to questions almost immediately through their Spruce Mobile App. I have messaged them in the late evening expecting to get a response the next morning and got a response and help that evening (within minutes) as late as 9pm.
