I had an awesome experience with RDS Cleaning and its owner Luis. I needed a move out cleaning for my studio apartment, about 450 sq ft. I shopped around and sent details and pictures of my place to different services, and most came back with a minimum initial charge and an additional hourly charge for any extra time needed. Luis quoted me with a flat fee for a crew of 3 after we discussed the apartment's details. He was very responsive and polite throughout the process. The cleaning was great and thorough, took about 2 hours and some change. My apartment was small with a good amount of stuff so there were dirty areas that were hard to clean regularly. We hired RDS for a full deep clean on our new house prior to moving in. We had the pleasure of having service provided by the owner himself. He and his wife spent over 7 hours cleaning every square inch of our home (2700 sq ft). Window sills to ceiling lights - nothing missed. We have never considered having a monthly service but after working with RDS, it's now become a serious consideration. Luis' pricing is very much in line with the competitors' pricing, but for the great level of service we received from him, this will be hard for anyone to beat. On a side note, RDS provides other spot fix services as well, we will possibly hire them to repaint our walk in pantry. I recommend RDS to anyone who needs cleaning services! read more

I made a last minute call to R.D.S for a regular house cleaning for my three bedroom home. I called four other businesses in area and RDS was the quickest to respond. They also had immediate availability and worked with our schedule. Upon arrival, they were so friendly and we immediately felt comfortable and confident having them clean our home.
