What sets Justin apart is not just the quality of his work, but the vision and creativity he brings to a project. The entire design was Justin's vision, and it turned out absolutely gorgeous. He took a very challenging space and created something that feels both beautiful and functional. One of the biggest issues we had for years was significant wet areas that never properly dried. Justin completely re-routed and redesigned the drainage system throughout the patio area, and the difference is incredible. It's clear he understands not just landscaping aesthetics, but how these systems actually need to function long-term. Justin was even able to incorporate 1930s bricks from an original walkway into the paver patio -- a unique touch and a beautiful way to honor the history of our home. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, communication, and professionalism throughout the project were excellent. Probably one of the worst "service" companies I've ever hired in my 15 years of home ownership. I…read morehired Quinton for snow plow service to a home I closed on early December. Since then, I've had nothing but issues. After the first snowfall, half of my driveway was left unplowed along with a 10ft area in front of my garage. Upon inquiry, he told me that if I wanted the entire driveway actually cleared, I'd be charged $15 more per service than the original $35 quoted. Since contract was signed and winter was halfway through, I reluctantly continued service. However since then, snow plow "service" hasn't even happened until 36+ hours after snowfall. At this point, my driveway is so packed down with snow and ice from us driving over the several inches of snow, it will be a nightmare the remainder of the winter. All of my neighbors with snowplow services have their driveways plowed within 12 hours of snowfall, I'm actually quite embarrassed. I would never recommend Quinton and his company as good customer service is not a priority.
