Our kitchen rennovation is done! We are delighted with Michael, Stephanie, and the team from Re-Masters. I would call this company the "A-Team." We thought we would have to hire some other companies to take care of other misc work in our kitchen, but Michael worked with us so do it all! Wow! It seems like we are also getting the benefit of interior designer consultation with Michael. He has a good understanding of what looks good. Very professional and personable company to work with - they did a brilliant job re-mastering my kitchen. We had dark cabinets painted off white( looks and feels like factory finished), put in new pre-fabricated granite, new drawer boxes, hinges and cabinet hardware. It looks like a brand new kitchen and gorgeous. Michael the owner was genuinely committed to being on top of the project and treated my expectations like his own. There are not too many owners these days that take the customers project to such heart. The crew was also professional and they worked very diligently. We started on-time and finished on time - as with any construction, is a huge bonus! This is such a great alternative to a full blown remodel. I can't say enough good things about Re-Masters! Our maple cabinets were in need of an update. Michael and Stefany were so patient about helping us find the right color of white for our kitchen and master bath cabinets. They brought numerous samples to our home and were always extremely courteous. The entire job was finished in a week, the crew was very dependable and skilled, they minimized the inconvenience as much as possible, and our kitchen looks brand new! Highly recommend Re-Masters!!! They completely saved us when we were in a pinch. We bought all new appliances for our kitchen and found out that our oven didn't fit the existing cutout. We were panicking trying to find someone that could help us make it fit and I called almost a dozen different places trying to find someone to help us because we didn't want to have to return our oven. That's when I found Re-Masters and they were so incredibly gracious to take the time out of the busiest time of their year to stop by and help us in less than a week!!! I am blown away by how kind and understanding they were in the whole situation. Not only that, they just left and did a great job making the oven fit. Our kitchen hadn't been touched in over 30 years. We found Re-Masters through "The Home Mag". Michael, one of the owners, was personable and knowledgeable at the initial meeting. What we had done...........1) dark wooden cabinets were painted white with new cabinet doors installed, 2) new drawers installed with "soft close" runners, 3) installation of quartz countertops - which were much cheaper than anticipated thanks to a supplier Michael uses in Hayward, 4)installation of two large pull-out drawers replacing shelves under built-in stovetop, 5) installation of pull-out spice rack and misc. item rack (think an option to a lazy susan) in lower cabinet greatly improving efficiency of that cabinet space, 6) replaced fluorescent lighting with recessed can lights and under-cabinet lighting with dimmer switch, 7) installation of new sink, faucet, built-in oven and microwave combination..... Stefany, the project manager, was a jewel. She was knowledgeable, efficient, often onsite, and always in control of the various work crews, all of whom worked very hard with no fooling around. She was also easy to reach, and responsive to a few concerns we had. My wife and I were very pleased with the final result. Total time from start to finish - 3 weeks - somewhat longer than anticipated, but one has to assume there's going to be some challenges that crop up when working with a space 35 years old. All in all - great job! One final note.....Michael was very considerate of our budget. He did make some upgrade suggestions, most of which we agreed to, and are glad we did. read more

Our 1993 "golden oak" kitchen cabinets looked very worn from sun and scrubbing, and several of the drawers were getting hard to use. After getting quotes for both refacing and repainting, we decided to do a repaint, plus all new dovetail drawer boxes, soft-close rails and hinges, and new roll-out shelves on six lower cabinets. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they were able to start and finish the job and the whole crew was very professional and neat. From the day they took our doors and drawers away to being completely finished was 2 1/2 weeks and the kitchen was only inaccessible for 2 days. The final finish was just as Michael promised - I couldn't be happier. Our kitchen is now quite a bit better than new! read more
