This woman was the agent of her step son and his wife. They put in a full offer on our home the…read morefirst day we listed. After that, it was nothing but trouble with them. Every interaction with her was horribly unprofessional and outright rude. Her "inspector" has an "F" with the BBB. He used an out of date, cheap radon detector that forced us to install a mitigation system that wasn't needed. He then looked at our roof and said it needed to be replaced. Luckily, I know an actual roofing contractor was able to replace a few foot traffic damaged shingles for me. Her title company, Stewart Title, isn't even competent enough to complete a wire transfer. Our money has been in limbo for 5 days now. We still haven't received our money and her step son now owns our home. Don't ever use this realtor. You will be horribly disappointed and have plenty of headaches to deal with. Go with literally anyone else. I know you can't choose your buyers, but you can, for sure, turn down offers. Three words: unprofessional, rude, AWFUL.
