I have talked to Larry Snyder and have yet to meet Dawn but have been working with their newest…read morerealtor (who isn't listed on Google yet, so I've added it on Google maps because I am SO happy to write this review about...) Linda Knutson!!! My roommate and I moved to Wyoming (he's originally a native, I came along!) and we had a realtor who was seriously slacking, not even mentioning new homes and would never respond to any of our inquiries about homes we found for sale on our own, so I started posting about what we needed in Wyoming homes for sale groups on Facebook. Someone tagged Linda Knutson and I am SO, SO GLAD THEY DID!!! We haven't found a home yet that is perfect for us BUT that has nothing to do with her; we live a full day's round trip away from Linda yet she has driving down many times to show us homes, she has picked out homes for us that we never would've found, she is VERY quick to answer any and ALL questions, concerns, etc and even while on vacation, in her spare time while camping with barely any signal, she still made sure to put in offers for us and keep in contact each day because she familiarized herself with our needs right away and it's almost embarrassing how amazing she is compared to our last realtor; many of the homes we've looked at in a very short time were actually our old realtor's listing that our old realtor just never bothered to tell us about. Linda is kind, caring, very knowledgeable, hardworking and ALWAYS on top of things; she never fails to educate us in a compassionate way, she doesn't ever drop the ball and honestly had you told me she was new at this before she did, I'd be SHOCKED! Larry and Dawn Snyder are her mentors and I've spoken with Larry, he is GREAT and I'm sure Dawn is, too; especially if they helped Linda become as incredible as she is! My roommate doesn't text but I do, so not onky do we both receive calls and emails, I also get texts AND FB messages just to cover all bases because Linda ALWAYS makes sure that she knows I've heard from her which is NOT at all pushy, it's just to show me that she cares and wants us to get the best home for our needs. We are definitely going to buy through Linda no matter what and even with very little on the market, we have seen all that's available and with her help, we definitely feel very hopeful!!! If you get a chance to work with Linda Knutson, you should take it! She will always make tike for you and she will always have YOUR best interests in mind!!! 100% RECOMMEND!!!
