I felt like I got a bait and switch when it came down to the roof company that was doing my new roof and the heating and air company that I chose when I had my inspection completed. One week before closing Tony let me know the sellers agent really wanted to use B and B Roofing, of course they wanted to go cheaper ....I told Tony I didn't agree with this and was not comfortable because I would be the one dealing with issues.... One week prior to closing, he said if you don't like it you don't get the house...well, I shouldn't have went ahead but did because my money was all tied up in this home and I had no place else to live....Less than a year later, roof leaking and Tony was well aware...now not even two year and more water coming in causing damage inside my home. B and B Roofing won't take responsibility ***They are a preferred contractor for Tony*** Tony hasn't replied to me, reached out to Band B or anything.....He has his butt covered by wording in the contracts to PROTECT HIMSELF but SCREW THE HOMEBUYER! I will be filing a compliant with Real Estate Commission, BBB, and anyone else...What happened to ETHICS???? So the selling agent and buyers agent BOTH have the same preferred roofing company....saved the seller less than $1000 but now cost me well over that in repairs!!!!
