And, his video of my home, I think, sold the house, since the buyers were able to see exactly what the house looked like and were then enticed to drive to the Tri-State area to see the house in person - and then buy it! When we encountered possible obstacles to the selling and/or buying, Brody was able to find ways to resolve them and move me closer to my goal of selling one house and buying another. Additionally, he got both houses to closing within the time frame I had set when I signed him as my agent! He was able to help me set a reasonable price for my home and, thus, not have to go thru the process of reducing the price time and again.
