Long story short, they helped me not only find a job, but also a reasonable place to rent within 45 minutes of making that decision. At the time, they were completely sold out of rentals. That didn't stop them from helping me find something. They contacted other property management companies in the area until they found exactly what I needed. After experiencing the condescending and unappreciative procedure of this company, I felt they are unethical and didn't deserved my business so I declined to do any further business and reported their miss conduct to the realtors association and will be notifying other state and local authorities so they STOP treating people with disrespect and push their VERY unfair, possibly illegal and unethical one sided lease!
