Read to Grow is a beautiful organization that I've used multiple times over the years. As a teacher, a main goal of mine has always been to have books in kids hands. Read to Grow is one of the organizations that help make that happen. We easily went online for their application. Their workers then fill your order (mine is for a whole school). I believe there is an option to go and pick out your own books as well. I haven't used the Bookmobile, but I'm interested in seeing what that opportunity can bring. They work solely on donations (from anywhere and anyone). Sometimes they have more books than others, but flexibility will get you a ton of great books. Since January is national book month we will be setting up a take home library for our kids. We can't wait. read more
