I had the most awful experience with my daughter. We were only able to attend for around 2 months…read morebefore getting a call that she had been disenrolled and I needed to pick her up. Upon picking her up for the last time she has poop running down her leg and I was forced to change her outside in the cold. To start, there was so much "miscommunication" and a huge language barrier. I've lived in multiple countries and know how to get around this issue well, but they were unwilling to take necessary actions to do so. Enrolling was great, but once my daughter was enrolled the issues began to pile up. If you or your children don't speak Spanish fluently do not enroll your children here. I told them I suspected a food allergy, and was informed that since I didn't have a doctors note that they couldn't be responsible, they would still give it to her because the state required, or I would have to bring all of her meals since she couldn't have certain types of fruit. We were sent home with other children's bottles, or without her things entirely. She has come home with scratches, bruises, and other issues and they NEVER would tell me how it happened. She's been in the care of others before and NEVER been as sick as she has been in the past 2 months. I was never allowed to see her inside playing with the other children. They only sent 2 pictures from her entire time being there.

He punched and scratched my son in the face. I have picture evidence. When I confronted the manager Kim she had no idea what was going on, and another very rude teacher stepped in and basically told me to get over it because Brodi has "issues". When I reported the incident to the state, they then told me after the investigation that my son was not allowed to be in their care anymore due to conflict of interest. This is the most unprofessional place imaginable. The staff is rude, unclean, and very deplorable. They obviously play favorites as to which child they do and don't like. This will probably get deleted because that's just what they do, get rid of what they don't like. But I will continue to expose this sham of a care center, if you can call it that.

We have not been disappointed with their care for our child. Here are some reasons why you may hate leaving your child there: (1) If you do not celebrate holidays, you may hate the fact that the staff dress up, take pictures of your children, and give candy for the parents. (2) In the 18 months and younger section, the caretakers must wear disposable shoe covers over their kicks. (3) When our child was sick at home, the caregivers randomly called and bugged us. (4) They take pictures of your kids after consent. (5) They have an outdoor play area and many toys inside. (6) They teach the older kids spanish and how to do some simple dances. (7) They gave our child a going-away gift. What is this place? A daycare? An extended family? In conclusion, if we return to EP, we would love to enroll our son with this daycare as the ladies loved our child and we enjoyed their company.
