The phone rang twice, and Will answered. He was calm, professional, and immediately put me at ease. He placed me on a brief hold, and within moments, he confirmed that Amber was available to help us. I was so relieved! Amber arrived on time and was absolutely wonderful. She is dynamic, talented, and has such a warm demeanor. She created beautiful face paintings for all the kids and even some of the adults! Her skill and patience with each design made the day extra special for everyone. I booked online and appreciated the update emails as the date approached to confirm they still had the correct details and when they would auto-deduct the remaining costs after making an initial deposit at time of booking. They crew arrived before the designated start time, and set everything up in less than 10 minutes.
