This is the best grocery store in town , better than Walmart as The store is accepting the diversity of Canada and making products available for every culture from European to middle eastern to asians including Indians to Philippines and lists goes on ! Two entrances before going into Superstore. There is a pokestop right outside of this superstore. There are plenty of parking here. But the parking lot is a bit chaos. Prices are not bad. It is superstore. Isle very nice to walk in because they are wide. One of the cleaner Superstore, I have seen. When you pay and have your points card on your phone, it is a bit hassle. The point card scanner are not updated and so if you are scanning by phone they will get the cashier to come over to scan the card for you. A bit of a hassle needing to wait. Week produce lately. I "used" to shop here a lot but now I'm going to be looking around for other options. Huge line ups in the afternoons (4-6 carts in line) and only 6 of the 12 tellers/cashiers open... Then you also have to pay for the plastic bags....Arrgh! I'd pull my hair out if I had any lol. Overall it's not that bad and the Superstore here isn't bad enough to make the Worst List but they really need to step up the customer service or lose to the competition.... read more

The most amazing, kind, and respectful staff work here. This store has it all, but most importantly they do not discriminate against anyone.

This a good, big grocery store. We stop by every year as we are on our way to Sun Peaks. For my American friends, you'll need a Canadian dollar coin to unlock a shopping cart (which you'll get back once you return it). They have bulk foods in the back right. If you spend over $200 I think they give you a gift. The food prices seem good. And checkout is reasonable speed unlike the nearby Safeway (which is crazy slow). read more

I was at the store today Friday March 26th -- bought some flowers for $20 seemed like a good deal even though I always buy from Costco as their flowers are awesome at great price. Thought I would try Super Store. Got home asap and ready to cut and put in a vase, the flowers were dried up and like dead, didn't see this as they were wrapped in the store. I live in Ashcroft and drive to Kamloops Store to purchase their white unsliced bread. The last 2 purchases the bread was so heavy, it was as if they didn't let it rise enough. I bought the 4 loaves anyway but never again. I also bought a box of chocolate Boston cream donuts that turned out to be stale and only had about a tsp. of cream in the middle. I am a senior and what a waste of money. I sent an email to complain and all I got back was sorry I was unhappy with my purchase. Yes, right. Good selection when shopping in Kamloops that had good prices and not too expensive either. The parking lot is a bit of a mess as the rules of the road don't apply here and people seem confused at times when parking. Inside is your usual Superstore with the aisles being a tad odd as I'm used to the ones back in Abbotsford and Langley. Lines can get long and cashiers are at a slugs pace but the prices are great. read more

I am a frequent shopper at this store..have been for a number of years...but today I was thoroughly disgusted at their attempt at dealing with the rules that are in place..ie the number of people allowed in store at a time...the rule now is one person per family...however the store was full of family's teen agers and small children people were every where...no ryhme or or reason to how they were shopping...there has to be a better way...make one way aisles and limit the number of people if a family showx up at the door ask them to please wait in the car and allow one person per family. I myself will not return to your store and will now shop at savon across the street where I witnessed a store that is abiding by the safety measures laid out....also the person at the self checkout was using the same rag to disinfect the checkouts how sanitary is that read more

When I shop at RCSS, buy $60 worth of groceries yet didn't get one optimum point because I don't have their credit card. But, if I had had their PC credit card I would have gotten 370 points. So, does this mean you are forced to get a card if you want points? Is this going to start at Shoppers Drug Mart also because I always get points on my optimum card when paying by debit or Visa. read more

Best chain food store in Kamloops. Huge selection, great prices. But..... Shop before 4 in the afternoon because they don't seem to stock the shelves during the day and if you wait, you'll see a lot of empty shelves, and flyer items? Forgetaboutit!!! It is very popular with the TRU students, too. Be prepared for some of the down beat slow cashiers you will ever see. They hardly ever smile and don't seem to like it there. This review is specific to Superstores Click and Collect online grocery shopping experience and pickup in Kamloops. After using it twice, I would not recommend this service. The Superstore website is clunky, slow, and difficult to navigate. Many items that are for sale inside the grocery store are not available online. It took me longer to find the items I wanted to buy on the website compared to physically going to the store and selecting them myself. My PC points card would not work and I could not collect or redeem any PC points on this purchase. In total, 6 of the items I selected online were not available in-store, so they were "substituted" to others. A friendly Click N Collect agent called me to notify me of these changes, but she didn't really know anything about the items. She had to check with a manager a few times. I ended up with a few things that I didn't really want. The pickup process works pretty well. My things were loaded up pretty quickly, but I wasn't able to check that all my items were there. I was missing several things that I had definitely picked out online, but they were not in my order nor were they on my order history. The items somehow vanished during the ordering process online. Don't waste your time on this. read more
