I'm a bit late in writing this as work was done in September as I was getting ready to sell my home. Things have been busy but as I am thinking of hiring them again I realize I never wrote the review they earned. Dominic was just as other reviewers have stated. He got back to me very quickly and was professional, friendly and had fair pricing. There was a little hiccup due to an illness but he communicated the situation promptly and clearly with apologies and a solution and we were back on track. Dominic and his colleague (my apologies for forgetting his name!) showed up on time and removed wood, debris, junk, broken TVs etc. from my shed and garage quickly and yet still managed to be friendly. They are conscientious about what to take where in terms of recycle, toxic waste, electronic waste etc. I am really grateful to have them in this area to call when needed. My wife and I had to take a last minute trip to Humboldt to prepare our fathers long time rental for sale. We arrived with only a few days to do a lot of work and came across Real Deal Removal and Hauling on Yelp. I reached out and explained our situation and Dominic quickly responded and arrived promptly to look over our project. He gave us a fair bid, including removing the old appliances and all the debris from around the yard in prep for landscapers. A shout out to Real Deal Removal & Hauling! It was only three hours from the time I called to the time they pulled away with all the rubbish we needed to be removed. They were obviously fast, and the two employees were friendly and positive, offering no judgment as to our mounds of crap. They even have a process to get some materials to folks who can reuse them--like the weathered wood, random pieces of construction materials (not from our recent job but one tear-down long ago), etc.--and it's nice knowing not everything will be going to the landfill. amazing work!! super punctual and helpful, very communicative and helpful. we had a ton of trash after tearing down our store and we were initially a little worried about the amount of stuff, but Dominic and Rafael (if that's not it I sincerely apologize) weren't worried at all!!
