I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. Their appointment system is extremely unorganized. Even when you schedule ahead of time, you still end up waiting, and they don't seem to respect their own appointment times. The owner, Lynn, was also very rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve concerns or make the experience better, she came across as dismissive and unfriendly. Another frustrating part is the constant extra charges. Everything seems to cost extra, $5 for this, $3 for that, and it quickly adds up. By the end of the service, the total is much higher than what you expected. Low-quality nail polish service and poor customer service. I went in for a manicure and pedicure with regular nail polish. The technician questioned my request to apply two layers of polish, with the top layer being a slightly lighter shade, claiming it would not look good. I have had this done at several other salons without any issues. When I asked why the polish showed visible brush strokes and smudging, I was told that this is normal with regular nail polish and that gel polish would provide a smoother finish. However, I find it hard to believe that no one at the salon could properly apply a light pink regular nail polish without leaving obvious streaks. Isn't that a basic skill every nail professional should have? The final result looked unprofessional, and honestly, I could have done a similar job myself at home. Combined with the dismissive attitude I experienced, this was a very disappointing visit. I will not be returning. read more

I went back to Real Nail and Spa yesterday. I went once last year. I went to them after going to my other nail salon for the past 8 years. The reason I switched is because where I was going my nail tech was always distracted and would spend over 3 hours getting a fill and pedi. Everyone at Real Nail salon is amazing. I've been coming to this nail salon since it opened about 8 years ago, when there were only two technicians, and I have generally been happy with the services. I prefer booking with my regular technician because she is consistent, careful, and truly one of the sweetest people--her work is always high quality. However, since around November 2025, I've had repeated issues when calling to book an appointment. The person answering the phone seemed unwilling to help me schedule with my preferred technician. Because of this experience, I may start looking for another salon. I hope management can improve their phone customer service. read more

Tony is amazing for pedicures and manicures- he takes his time with the massage and overall has very steady hands that always have great results! He also is very patient and has great recs based on your preferences. I usually call in before I come as they can get busy, but they do have same day appointments available most of the time. Ok, so I got my nails done Sept 9th and it's Sept 24th - and this is how my shellac manicure looks 15 days later!! Not one chip. By now I would have broke a nail and/or my polish would have peeled. I was a little hesitant to try it out because I am very picky about my nails and who does them. Prior to my visit, I read reviews on Yelp and Google and people spoke very highly of Chi, Ada and Fiona. I ended up trying Fiona out because she was available - I lucked out!! Fiona is awesome!! She took her time on my nails, she didn't rush through my manicure, and judging by how carefully and neatly she did my nails, i can tell that she takes pride in her work! Absolutely professional! I called ahead of time to see if they could fit me in for my eyebrows and they informed me to come in an hour or so. I came later and I didn't have to wait too long. The women were so nice and friendly. I went back after a few weeks to get a pedicure and it was heavenly! The women were once again very nice and professional. I started coming here about 2 months ago when it was fairly new because of its raving yelp reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I think I probably got most of their services. First I came in with a Pinterest look on my phone and boy, did they deliver! (I posted a picture before on Yelp). It was no chip with several decisions and my bill only came out to be $35-40! Generally no-chip alone costs $35+ at other salons but this place only charges you $30. The second time I came in I did a gel artificial nail full set and I got gray manicure with a "squoval" shape. Generally this service costs AT LEAST $50+ but here acrylic is $25 and gel is $33. Probably the best deal I have EVER seen. Chi was very careful and made sure that I was happy with my results. (Everyone who saw my nails after also had amazing compliments and told me to always "do my nails this way") The third time I came here with my boyfriend to get pedicures. The service lasted about 30 mins and what you expect from a pedicure service. The best part is their massage chairs! I felt so relaxed the entire time. Awesome first time experience however had an incredibly disappointing experience the second time around. A big reason I wanted to frequent this place was that they used plastic bags in the foot bath for sanitary issues. When I had first come here, my mani-pedi was so relaxing and I was so excited to bring people here as well. This second experience, I had a nail technician that barely massaged my legs and when they were cutting my cuticles they were so rough. I didn't bleed but the skin is still sensitive. It was not a relaxing experience at all. My manicure also seemed a little sloppy. I kept having to tell him that I thought he had gotten nail polish on the skin in the sides of my nail. I wanted to request another technician but they seemed so busy. I had made an appointment a couple days in advance and raved about this place to people but not sure what happened. I am so horribly disappointed by the work here. I used to go years ago and now the workers are completely different and terrible. My mother and I were getting our nails done for my sisters wedding, for which I was the maid of the honor. Not only did they mess our appointments up- i had booked a mani/pedi for my mother and toe polish and full set for myself- upon arrival they told me I did not book a pedicure and did not have time to do one, even though my mother was in dire need of one. Then the service was terrible. I walked out regretting ever going in here. My 3 year old niece would've done a better job painting my nails and my moms nails had the French tip way too low on her nail bed and the nail looks so disproportionate. Will certainly never go back and would recommend for others to no waste there money here read more
