    Chicken Fried Rice 10/10

Food was awesome. Service from the friendly staff was good . The atmosphere was chill and the music was upbeat.

Egg rolls despite being late were actually really good!

We had very high hopes! Usually the hole in the wall places are always a surprise hit. Not here. The service first of all was lacking. There were only three tables and it took a while for the waitress to come to us. We ordered the egg rolls as an appetizer. She asked if we wanted it first or with our meal. We said before. Well they never came, or they did but when were almost done with our meal. I had the Korean beef bbq with rice, the table had the chicken fried rice and I forgot what the other dish was. We ate here awhile back and just now getting caught up. We are huge on value, but don't mind paying a premium if the food is worth it. This was not it. I will start with my plate which was overpriced. The Korean beef plate was literally one flanken rib cut into three pieces. Shame on yall! With a scoop of white rice and cucumber. The fried rice was also lacking flavor. The rice freak was disappointed, and when he isn't a big fan, we believe him. The noodle dish won't half bad. Yet again, I will not trust google reviews any longer.....

Came here on Saturday for lunch. Great customer service and we all had the combination (dac biet) pho, fried rice and bun.

Good place to get your pho fix. Clean tables utensils and floors. Wide spaces. Pleasant temperature, thanks to the 8 of 8 working ceiling fans. Friendly staff. Nice pho broth. It was hot but not steaming. Garnishes very fresh. Summer roll was shorter and slightly wider than typical, but was clearly just hand wrapped with slices of slightly warm beef and cool shrimp inside with the fresh munchies inside. The peanut sauce was a house recipe that worked well but could be smoother.. Visually the sight of supplies in the dining room was less than professional.

Tonight is sooo cold and rainy. After we finished our workout and walked out of Planet Fitness I immediately knew I wanted some pho. Thankfully this place is right next door!! I got some beef pho to go and WOW it hit the spot. Everything was carefully packed and I had the most delicious bowl of pho as soon as I got home. Highly recommend!

Truly looked forward to some pho and banh mi , but was sadly disappointed! Large open space with plenty of table seating, friendly server, and large menu with many choices. But be aware, prices listed are not current, they were in the process of updating. Server rung up items and gave us receipt with current prices. We ordered the crispy Vietnamese egg roll, per server recommendation. I think out of all the things we ordered, this was our fave! It's one very large egg roll sliced and came with lettuce and fish sauce. Egg roll was hearty and flavorful. I dipped mine in a spicy chili sauce. Can't go wrong with this egg roll! Large bowl of round eye steak/ brisket pho- Good amount of meat, but broth was nothing special- bland ! Noodles stuck together and became very mushy. Normally side condiments include basil... no basil here, but cilantro instead. I would have also preferred more bean sprouts and jalapeños. Grilled pork banh mi- Boring! Minimal amount of grilled pork, thank goodness we ordered extra. Pork was nicely seasoned , but what makes up an authentic sandwich is the pickled vegetables. None to be seen in this sandwich. It consisted of mayo, a few thinly sliced cucumbers, cilantro, and one sliced jalapeño. $9.75 including the extra meat is not worth it. Sorry , but we've had better. Don't think we'll revisit

The food here is delicious and service is welcoming and helpful. They have plenty of seating available. Relaxed ambiance. Their chili oil was very spicy and I loved it. My husbands first time trying Pho and he loved it.

house special rice plate. pork chops, rice with egg.

Super nice staff and delicious food. I didn't know what I wanted i just knew I wanted something with rice so I just ordered the house special. It was so good, I ate it all so fast. Inside is very clean.

After telling the waiter my day was going good he noticed me fighting for my life, head down on the table, and made a point to ask if I was okay again to which I admitted having a massive headache. The restaurant appeared clean and well maintained. Service was prompt and friendly, although attentiveness tapered off once the meal was served. It seemed like the staff had shifted their focus toward preparing for the evening dinner crowd. After reading several recommendations, I ordered the Saigon Special since it included grilled pork, chicken, shrimp, and a Vietnamese egg roll. It seemed like a great way to sample several of their specialties. I also started with the fresh Vietnamese spring rolls. The spring rolls were enormous and easily large enough to share. The Saigon Special was equally generous, with a substantial portion of vermicelli noodles underneath the grilled meats. Everything tasted fresh, and each protein was cooked well, but none of the individual components really stood out. The meal leaned more toward generous portions and good value than bold or memorable. Overall, it was an enjoyable lunch with friendly service and excellent portion sizes. While I wasn't blown away by the flavors, I appreciated the freshness and value. I'd definitely come back for the pho, which I remember having a flavorful broth and a generous portion of meat on my previous visit. With several good Vietnamese restaurants in the area, though, I'll probably continue trying other spots before making this one a regular stop.

However, my most recent encounter has soured me completely, and I think I will never return. My favorite dish here was something that did not appear on the menu, Bo Tai Chanh salad. Even though it was not listed, they would whip it up at my request. It consists of beef cappaccio on an iceberg lettuce salad with Vietnamese vegetables and a fish sauce based dressing. Tonight they refused my order. What makes this refusal all the more frustrating is that Pho Bo Tai Chanh (the soup version) is listed on the menu and promoted as one of the favorite dishes. All that was needed, to meet my request, was to cut up half a head of lettuce and throw the non-liquid ingredients of the soup on top. Every restaurant should remember the customer is always right. Their only purpose is to meet their customers' requests to the best of their ability. I understand when a kitchen cannot meet requests with the ingredients or equipment they have. For example, I always call 24 hours ahead to order Peking Duck because the traditional methods require that amount of time to prepare the dish. Or I remember being refused a request to have my meat served rare when the restaurant had already cooked all its meat to medium rare using sous vide. I don't expect the kitchen to do the impossible. But every kitchen must be ready to meet special request whether health related like peanuts, shrimp, gluten, salt, carbohydrates, etc. or relate to tastes or ethics like vegetarian, vegans, seafood, etc. To fail one's customers is the first step to being one of the numerous restaurants to fail and become irrelevant. Any restaurant that refuses to meet reasonable requests fails the fundamental test for good service and does not deserve to be patronized. P.S. I end up going down the road to Yaya's Thai Restaurant (another local restaurant) to get something that met my tastes and preferences.
