Worst company ever!!!!! Received a non renewal of lease with out explanation They came to my home took pics of my home and posted them online with out my consent. Stopped paying rent due to there refusal to get a fridge in the unit 3 or 4 times i asked Hundreds of dollars in spoiled food Now there evicting me and im disabled and no were to go. I worked out an agreement with the owner and theybsteppedbin and told me know There threatning rude manipulative unprofessional a shoddy company at best also i never signed a lease or an agreement with RPM they aquired the maintnance contact through the new owner but are talking on fees i never agreement to . I was extremely disappointed with every interaction I had with this company. It felt like they wanted money first before anything and even that wasn't a guarantee that you'd be able to rent any place they had listed from them. Their front staff member is so rude and short any time I've spoken to her and they have terrible communication overall. I am glad I went to a different company for what I needed. I do not recommend them whatsoever, you'd be better off finding another company like I did. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND! extremely unprofessional and rude people. They prefer to text then call or meet in person. My uncle and I viewed an apartment in Sartell of theirs, and it contained mold, animal feces, and extremely BAD repairs! they're slogan is to keep a piece of mind, but all they've done is stress me out. unwilling to work and/or negotiate with any of the issues and just keep stating that the premises is livable. They threatened to keep his deposit if he didn't move in. So we Had to get fire marshal on site, the apartment I viewed was Deemed unsafe, until changes/repairs are made by property. They then offered to give him his deposit after we had the fire marshal come out and Because we had the fire marshal come out, the manger then felt threatened by us and hit me with a door, because we were not allowed to see the apartment my uncle is renting, and at the moment I only have one arm. Couldn't even defend myself. Only words I ever spoken to the manager was we just want you to do the right thing, so I'm highly confused how she felt threatened, it was completely only because we knew what we were doing and it made Adeline( manger) feel incompetent! Owner didn't even care his manager acted in such a nasty way. Since they took over management, it looks the worst it's ever looked around here. Piles of clothes,furniture,and garbage everywhere. The outside bathrooms you can't even go into their so bad. The laundry room is full of clothes that have been in there for weeks, plus the washers and dryers don't work half the time. read more

HORRIBLE! We received a letter saying they wont renew our lease, gave no reason. 1st major issue is when I went to pick up the key from the office so we could enter our new home the MANAGER said she went through the home with a toothbrush and it's spotless! That was a LIE!! I had to clean the mouse poop and fake finger nails out of he closet door tracks. They put new carpet in but my 7yo kept stepping on carpet nails that were left on the carpet! Found moldy food under the stove, and under the dishwasher that is on wheels! 2nd major issue is for over 6 months we have been requesting maintenance to fix the water in our house. There is black mettle flecks pouring out of all our faucets. When they finally took water tests they said everything is just fine, as they are looking at the black flecks! Took several requests to get them to listen, and to remind them there is an issue. 3rd major issue is the mold in the home that they say is just marks from previous things against the walls. (We bleach the wall it goes away and after a few weeks comes back, that's not marks from previous items against the walls! 2 out of 5 of my kids have sensitivity to mold). Always paid rent on time! Now they have the Brainerd Lakes house rental market flooded with their rentals they can't find people to rent them. And they get rid of tenants that pay on time just to have another house of theirs sit on the market not collecting rent. They only care about money, not the renters. read more

I have never been treated so poorly by a company than this one. I am the owner of a property that they manage. The office manager, Madeline Maine is the manager of the office. I have emailed questions about my account 5 times and still she fails to answer my questions. She finally sent a spreadsheet after Taylor asked her to. She just made up figures and told me that I owe them money. She should not be managing anything and certainly should not be involved in anything to do with accounts since she clearly does not know the difference between addition and subtraction. This is not a good company they are rude when speaking to you over the phone and deceiving. I called them about applying for a listing and explained to them my credit was under 600, but had perfect rental history and 2x rent income per what they wanted for the property. They said we could probably pay a double deposit for not meeting the credit requirement. Paid $140 in app fees and the next day got a short email saying we were denied for not meeting credit requirements.​ read more

I received a letter yesterday of non renewal and my three kids and I have to be out by end of august. They gave no reason. I found out today they gave the same letter to another mother with six kids who has to be out end of august. Shame on this company. In this day and age why are you making families homeless? I pay 925 a month in rent and you have my place listed now on your website for 1295. You raised it 370 and didn't even ask me if I wanted to stay and pay the increase. You are destroying kids. The worst company ever! Im an hispanic active duty on a 2 years assignment we moved to the house on June and after a week on the house We have been victims of harassment and mistreatment. They schedule repairs or visit with out taking us into consideration. They had told me, to no submit any work order because I should repair things on my own if it bothers me so much. They had threatened me we hang up the phone when a call them. One time I was told the I should be lucky that they renting me the property, alluding my nationality or military status. Karen told me not to talk to the maintenance guys when they are at the property about issues and then next day Addie the told me to call them and talk about what they will be repairing. Totally confuse. a lot of other things happen to include a maintenance person harassing my wife with conversation not related to the maintenance. I will be submitting a congressional complaint throughout the Department of defense. My recommendation to this company is to train their personnel in costumer service and leadership. RATING this Company 0 stars if I could. Probably after they read this post they will retaliate against me or my family instead of finding a solution to better support us. read more

I am currently in the process of going to small claims court with this company. They are refusing to return my security deposit despite the fact I never signed a lease nor stepped foot on the property. I am a veteran and my wife is still active duty army. To treat military members and veterans this was is disgusting and disgraceful. Furthermore I received a call from this company today in which they threatened me with slander for posting reviews about them and their awful buisness practices. In my opinion based on the people I've spoken to and dealt with within this company they are bullies and crooks. The first man I spoke to was Taylor. When I explained the situation and informed him I would not be moving into the property and would like my deposit back, as I had not signed the lease, he became rude and nasty. I even offered to only take a partial refund in respect of the effort they had put into the process thus far. He told me if I wanted to see any of that money I'd have to take him to court. Then he hung up the phone, much like my little cousin does when she is upset. The next person is Adeline Maine. She is the one that called me today and offered me a partial refund if I removed my reviews. I refused and said that I would do no such thing and that I would be filing a small claims case if my deposit was not refunded in full. She then threatens me with slander and emotional destress lawsuits. Absalutly disgraceful. She then claimed to be a veteran. For a veteran to act so shamelessly and with complete disregard for the law or morals is a disgrace to the uniform I served in and my wife currently serves in. I have never been treated so poorly by a property management group before in my life. If you are looking for a rental property stay far away from them. Its to bad you can't put a zero review. Taylor was a great guy the first time I rented from him, he had a great team to, this last time I came to him to rent, his new office lady was despicable, the rudest person I have ever spoken to. She lies and manipulates. I cant believe he would allow someone like her to work for him and represent his business. I tried to communicate with Taylor directly and she refused to let me. I later found out that she was lieing to him and trying to manipulate things. I cannot reccomend using Taylor as long as long she works for him. She is to untrustworthy and unstable. We currently have a home we are looking to rent out and taylor is the first person I thought of but knowing she is the one who takes care of all property management i wouldnt trust that she would do her job, as soon as anything becomes slightly inconvenient to her she becomes a rude and ruthless person. read more
