Reale is probably one of the worst. This is shortly what happened to us. Had damage in apartment. Had damages repaired for over € 3000. Reale offered to pay €800. Filed a complaint against them. Took them several months to respond and asked for more info. We sent them the info. Again had to wait for several months. In the end we reluctantly agreed with the €800 they offered us in the beginning, just to avoid having to go to court. Received an email telling us that our file was superannuated because it was more then 12 months. Result: we received €0. Most likely they just waited to answer our letters for so many months just in order to get to the 12 months necessary to being able of closing the case without having to pay.
