BEWARE OF BUYING PACKAGES FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS OWNER! I am writing this review in hopes of preventing anyone who goes here from being ripped off. I started coming here as a recommendation from a friend and liked my experiences. I then decided to purchase 2 separate packages - facial and body. I had quite a few things happen in my personal life and wasn't able to make the sessions for a few months. I had always contacted Ashley, the original owner, through text message and booked my appointments. I never heard back from her. I tried calling and finally filled out a form online for a new customer where I finally got a message back from the new owner, Jenn. I explained my situation and provide screenshots of the convos as well as the amounts I had paid which was over $800!! Most of my package was unused and I wanted to book the rest of my sessions, I was told by Jenn that she had taken over the business and Ashley moved to Vegas to start up a new shop and they had put on their instagram that all current customers must get in the remainder of their sessions before the transitions. I don't follow the IG so I never saw this. However it's ultimately up to the business owner to call or contact customers when such a change is happening - especially when it's a significant amount of money. Jenn proceeded to tell me it was all my fault as a customer and was very condescending. Eventually she gave me a partial refund but refused to refund me for the facials. I would be very wary about paying large amounts of money to this business as they will keep it without actually giving you the services you paid for. read more

Realfine Wellness Spa is a professional business that offers an array of beauty services. I was referred to Jessica by one of my friends/yelp sister, Jen G. HOLLA! Location: In the heart of Poway in a small shopping strip. The studio is on the second floor of the shopping center. There is a private lot and I was able to find plenty of parking on a Sunday afternoon, but I'm sure it gets busy during the weekdays. The facility is super clean and spacious. Customer service/experience: Jessica Krager is a gem and does eyelash extensions and facials. I've gotten both done by her and I appreciate her meticulousness and attention to detail. I was so comfortable and at ease that I dozed off through both sessions. It was a major Pamper Shay Day with calming music in the background. The overall results are beautiful! I chose classic extensions with a 'cat eye' style. I was hesitant at first, but I'm so glad I went through with it. I love my eyelashes! It has a natural yet exotic look. It's different and fun, but not too outrageous. You can conveniently book an appointment through Vagaro. Check her website as she offers package deals that are really worth it! The facility was nice clean quiet the masseuse was very friendly, but I don't feel as though it was worth $220 that's including the tip plus not to mention add in the $50 deposit to save your schedule. I didn't feel, or see any difference you can definitely go somewhere else for a deep tissue and it would cost 60% less and it would probably feel better. If I could give them 10 stars I would I found real fine wellness on Instagram and I gave it a try I had liposuction done about 10 years ago and left me full of fibrosis on my tummy and legs so very bumpy and uneven look I work out and for the most part I eat pretty healthy but no matter what I did/do didn't seem to make it any better until Ashley started breaking those knots.... Then only honored part of the package claiming she didn't know the totla number of sessions I have had. I went to Realfine Wellness Spa and had the mommy make over. I was in hunt searching online for a while trying to find the right person to get the body sculpting with till I came across Realfine Wellfitness Spa. I wanted someone that was legit and knew exactly what they were doing, not just somebody that has a cavitation machine. Ashley was everything i was looking for, she is very knowledgeable in her profession! She is very kind, welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. She is a great listener and will give you tips in how to accomplish the goals you want achieve with your body. I got the 3 session mommy make over and after my first session I was already impressed with the results! I had the second session done and was even more impressed at how far i had gotten with just 2 sessions.
