ELSIE RICHARDSON & CAMILLE LINN are FANTASTIC !!! What a team..!…read more I was referred to these two exceptional women through a friend, when I decided to buy a house in Santa Rosa, CA. ..and I am SO GLAD I found them. First off, - this property transaction was a TOUGH one to manage... -I was making the purchase from nearly 500 miles away, -I was not physically present for most of the dealings, and... -the property was a 'Short-sale' based on the previous owner's 'reverse-mortgage' Elsie & Camille needed to interface on my behalf, not only with the 'Bank' but with the Bank's own R.E. Agent, with the Title Company, with the squatting Grandson of the previous owner, etc., etc. It was not an easy task, to say the least..! Elsie and her partner Camille were by far the MOST helpful Real-estate Agents I've ever worked with! They were extremely diligent in all aspects of the pre-sale coordination as well as acting as my in-town representative for all the other 'peripheral' assistance that I required. They were personable, polite, and above all truly HUMAN! They understood what I was going thru, and were extremely helpful with all the details, including my emotional state during the course of the sale. What else can I say? They made what COULD HAVE been a knuckle-busting, gut-wrenching, brain-twisting experience, into an easy-going, pleasurable sale. They went above and beyond the scope of their 'job-description' in making the purchase of my NEW HOME a reality..! If you're thinking of buying or selling Real Estate anywhere in Sonoma County (or nearby) this is the Team you want working for you !! End of story..!! Sincerely, --Art S. (51yr-old Property Owner)

Yelpers reviews win again! Karen truly is a consummate professional. She took time to learn what we were interested, searched for appropriate properties, shared information with us, etc. etc. When we finally found the right property for us, she held our hands. As we were looking at a lot (not house) there was a lot (umm, is that a pun?) to learn. Karen was patient, professional, and used her amazing network to connect us with civil engineers, building departments, etc. I thought I was organized, but Karen really knows her business; she spotted things we never would have, educated us, and did so in a supportive way. I cannot speak highly enough of Karen and team.
