We had such an amazing experience with Realty Direct NY. Unfortunately my husbands mother suddenly passed away in the summer. Aside from being overcome with grief, now we had to decide what to do with her home. From the minute we made the first call they were attentive and not at all pushy. They told us to take our time and not rush into anything and to make sure this is the decision we wanted. They assured us they would be there if and when we needed them...boy were they not kidding. We decided to sell and Amy Kernaghan Lent and Donald Lent came to us and went over everything from soup to nuts. They spent about 2 hours with us. Within days they hosted an open house and about a week later we had 3 offers. We accepted an offer and basically got a daily update, whether it was a phone call or a text just to keep us updated on the progress. I have heard horror stories from friends about realtors they have signed on with. We experienced nothing but professionalism and guidance through a very tough time. Amy Kernaghan was an amazing to work with. Personable, determined, and accommodating, she listened to our every request and worked with us to find our beautiful new home in a Deer Park area. Amy had no problem with our tricky schedules, limited availability, and complete list of wants and necessities for our dream home.
